The claimant has permission to add to her claim for unpaid wages and accrued holiday pay claims for (1) wages in the period up to and including 30 November 2024 and (2) that there had been a failure to give her all of the statements of her pay within the meaning of section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 to which she was entitled. 2. The respondent must pay the claimant the sum of £5,160.49 by way of unpaid wages and accrued holiday pay for the period from 1 August 2023 to 7 August 2024 inclusive, from which deductions of income tax and national insurance contributions will need to be made as required by the Income Tax (Pay As You Earn) Regulations 2003, SI 2003/2682 and from which any other lawful deductions may be made. 3. The claim of a failure to give the claimant sufficient statements of her pay within the meaning of section 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 does not succeed and is therefore dismissed.
