The allegation that the first respondent automatically unfairly dismissed the claimant in breach of regulation 7 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006; 2. The allegation that the first respondent failed in its duty to inform and consult representatives in breach of regulation 13 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006; 3. The allegation that the second respondent failed in its duty to inform and consult representatives in breach of regulation 13 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006. V 2 REASONS This has been a remote hearing which has been agreed to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was by a video hearing through HM Courts & Tribunal Service Cloud Video Platform.
