By a communication dated 13 December 2024 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to ask him for information to support his claim. The claimant failed to respond to the communication. 2. On, 5 February 2025, the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to say it had not received a response to its earlier communication and to ask him if he still wished to pursue his claim. He was told that he should respond by 19 February 2025 and that if he didn’t his claim may be struck out because he had failed to actively pursue it. He did nor respond to the letter. 3.
